For this reason, we have outlined a transparent and straightforward return and refund policy below.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted after this timeframe may no longer be eligible for processing.

Return Location (Important)

Star Style Deal is registered in the United States (Delaware) and operates using a direct-to-consumer fulfillment model in partnership with international suppliers.

Please note: All returned items must be shipped to our central distribution center located in Asia.

Do not send returns to our administrative office in Dover, Delaware. We do not maintain a warehouse at that location, and any packages sent there cannot be processed or refunded.

Return Costs

1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will assume full responsibility. In such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

To resolve the issue efficiently, we may request photo evidence or provide a prepaid return label, and in some situations, a return may not be required.

2. Change of Mind (Size, Color, or Preference)

If you decide to return an item for personal reasons within the 30-day return period, please note the following conditions:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • As returns are sent to Asia, international shipping rates apply.
  • We recommend checking shipping rates with carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx before proceeding.
  • Any original shipping fees paid (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all tags, accessories, and packaging.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alterations, strong odors (such as perfume or smoke), or pet hair will not be accepted.

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Contact Us

Please email support@starstyledeal.com and include your order number along with the reason for your return.

2. Receive Return Instructions

Our customer service team will review your request and, within 24 hours, provide you with the appropriate return address in Asia and detailed instructions.

3. Ship the Item

Carefully package the item before shipping. For returns based on personal preference, you will need to purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice.

Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of non-tracked shipments and are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received at our facility, it will be inspected by our team. You will be notified by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after inspection.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at support@starstyledeal.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

For exchanges due to personal preference, the original item must be returned to our distribution center in Asia at your own expense before the exchange can be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Undergarments, bodysuits, and swimwear
  • Socks or similar hygiene-sensitive products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
