Any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations, shall survive termination of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The state and federal courts located within Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights or forums available under applicable law.
