Star Style Deal is a U.S.-based business. To provide distinctive designs at competitive prices, we operate using a direct-to-consumer fulfillment model. This means that orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners and fulfillment centers located in Asia.

By shipping directly from the source, we reduce unnecessary intermediaries and storage costs, allowing us to pass these savings on to our customers.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, to ensure efficient handling.

Processing Time:
After an order is placed, it generally takes 1–2 business days for payment verification, quality inspection, order preparation, and handover to our logistics partner.

Transit Time:
As shipments are international, delivery to the United States typically takes 7–10 business days once the order is in transit.

Total Estimated Delivery Time:
From order placement to final delivery, the estimated timeframe is approximately 8–12 business days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates. While we always strive for timely delivery, factors such as customs procedures, carrier delays, or weather conditions may occasionally impact shipping schedules.

Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable international logistics providers to ensure safe transport of your order. Once the shipment arrives in the United States, it is handed over to a local carrier for final delivery.

Order Tracking

Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system as the package completes initial processing.

Customs & Duties

Most shipments to the United States with a declared value under $800 are generally exempt from import duties. However, if any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are imposed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Star Style Deal is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
